U-Fun is born from the same material as FOKU: lava stone from Mount Etna.
A compact, direct oven with no unnecessary elements. Designed to reach high temperatures, but also to perform slow cooking by utilizing the thermal mass of the stone.

From direct cooking to slow cooking and smoking, U-Fun is mastery of fire.
